Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the pick up time. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations by customers after the 48 hour window will be charged the full price of the excursion.
Contact us at (808) 306-3393 to cancel your rental pickup. No-shows will be charged the full price. Lost, stolen or damaged snorkel gear or Rental Equipment is the responsibility of the guest.
